This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for vehicle bookings made with Gurukrupa Tours and Travels, Solapur. It should be read with our Terms & Conditions.
Before you pay
Before you pay any advance, we send you in writing (WhatsApp, SMS or email) the cancellation charges and refund terms that apply to your booking, together with the fare and extra charges. Please read them before paying. If anything is unclear, ask us first.
Cancellation charges
Cancellation charges depend on the vehicle booked and how close to the travel date you cancel. The charges that apply to your booking are the ones stated in the written quote sent to you before payment.
How to cancel or reschedule

- Give the name the booking was made in, the travel date and the pickup point.
- Your cancellation is complete when we confirm it to you in writing.
Refunds
If a refund is due under the terms sent with your booking, we will confirm in writing the refund amount, how it will be paid and the expected date.

Please make payments only to payment details sent from our official numbers listed below. We are not responsible for payments made to any other account.
