These Terms & Conditions apply to the gurukrupacarrental.com website and to car rental, tempo traveller rental, bus rental and trip services booked with Gurukrupa Tours and Travels ("we", "us", "our"), Solapur, Maharashtra.

How booking works

• Messages sent through this website, WhatsApp or a phone call are enquiries. Nothing is booked until we confirm the vehicle and fare and you pay the agreed advance.
• This website does not take payment. The "Send an Enquiry" form emails your details to us; WhatsApp buttons open a chat with our number.
• Please give accurate travel details (dates, pickup point, destinations and number of passengers). The fare we quote is based on these details.

What we tell you before you pay

Before you pay any advance, we will send you the following on WhatsApp or SMS for your trip:

• the vehicle type and seating capacity;
• how the fare is calculated (for example per km, per day or a fixed trip fare) and any minimum kilometres per day;
• which charges are included and which are extra, such as tolls, parking, state entry or permit tax, driver allowance and night charges;
• the advance amount, the balance amount and when the balance is due;
• the accepted payment methods and the name on the receiving account;
• the cancellation charges and refund terms that apply to your booking.

Please make payments only to payment details sent from our official numbers listed below. If anything in the quote is unclear, ask us before you pay.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation charges depend on the vehicle and on how close to the travel date you cancel. The exact charges and refund terms for your booking are sent to you in writing with your quote, before you pay. To cancel or reschedule, call or WhatsApp us as early as possible. Vehicle use & passenger conduct

• Vehicles must be used only for the purpose and route agreed at the time of booking. Changes to the route or extra kilometres may change the fare; we will tell you before the change.
• Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and staff.
• Damage caused to the vehicle by passenger negligence may be chargeable.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle are not permitted unless separately agreed.

Delays and events outside our control

Travel times depend on road, weather and traffic conditions. Gurukrupa Tours and Travels is not liable for delays, losses or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural calamities, road closures, traffic disruptions or government restrictions.

Changes to services

Vehicle availability and fares may change before a booking is confirmed. After a booking is confirmed, any change will be communicated to you directly.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Solapur, Maharashtra.
